Premium Hydromassage Rooms

The Gametxo SPA Hotel has managed to give its superior rooms with hydro-massage baths the relaxation so longed for by all today.
Following the harmonic decoration, the hotel has equipped these rooms with decorative elements that combine with the most innovative details, the result of which is merged in a whirlpool bath.
One of the rooms has a rectangular bathtub and the other a half-moon jacuzzi, and ALL of them have a view of the sea.
Apartments in Urdaibai
- Perfect for families or small groups
The second farmhouse is completed by 5 apartments and 2 studios fully equipped, with all the indispensable accessories for your maximum comfort.
Ideal for staying at Gametxo with family with children or small groups of friends.
In each apartment you will find an independent double room, a living room with TV, internet and telephone, a complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The studios, on the other hand, have a diaphanous layout and are equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 20 euros per day.

Gametxo Rural House

The Gametxo rural house, annexed to our apartment building, offers simple rural style accommodation in the heart of Urdaibai with all the comforts.
It is perfect for a group break of up to 12 people due to its spaciousness, equipment and the large common areas it offers to guests on the two floors into which it is divided.
The ground floor has a hall, living room with TV and low fire, bedroom, two bathrooms, dining room and kitchen with access to the outside.
The second floor consists of a living room with TV and two sofa beds, balcony with sea views, master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, three more bedrooms and a second bathroom.
You will be able to use the private area where it is located. With luminous gardens with sea views, parking area, barbecue and large porch with garden furniture.

What to do?
The Gametxo is a hotel with an incomparable environment, a family service and proximity to towns of great cultural, gastronomic and historical interest.
But, in addition, in the surroundings of the Gametxo you can enjoy all these attractions.
For the more sporty, the beaches of Laga and Laida will provide the necessary characteristics for surfing, canoeing, sailing, diving or windsurfing.
For history lovers in Gernika you will find a piece of the history of the Basque Country, the Casa de Juntas, the Gernika tree or the Peace Museum.
The market held on Mondays in the centre of the town will be a good way to mix with the local agricultural culture.
For nature lovers, in addition to enjoying the landscape of the Urdaibai region, you can go to Basondo, a refuge for endangered wildlife.
Or take a walk through the Oma forest, where Agustín Ibarrola has captured his art in the trees.
Or the Caves of Santimamiñe, very famous for their great anthropological value.
